Logobot is locally owned and operated in Grande Prairie, AB by  Richard Podsada, a design-industry vet with 30+ years experience in branding & marketing.

Logobot designs and makes every one of our products here in Grande Prairie. We pride ourselves in making a sharp looking, high quality product with an affordable price, quick turnaround, and friendly no-nonsense service!

In most cases, customers will send us their logo, give us a budget, and tell us to come up with something cool. We haven’t disappointed anybody with this process yet, and if you’re willing to trust us, it’s the best way to work with us. You must have the right to reproduce the design you provide.

We can handle a good amount of detail but our process won’t work with every design. Our Premium Cutouts are generally limited to bold icons and typography to ensure best results. Our Lidded Logoboxes can support logos with finer details. We’ll let you know if there are any issues with your files. 

Logobot requires vector logo files. You need to get a file in one of these formats: EPS, SVG, PDF, DXF, AFDESIGN. We can open most Illustrator (.AI) files. Send us what you have and we’ll let you know if there are any issues!

There is no minimum order quantity, we love one-offs! 

We categorize ourselves as a boutique short-run corporate gift supplier. That’s a long way of saying, we’re flexible, fast, and cost-effective when you need just a handful of something that’s highly customized, looks like a factory-made product, and can be turned around quickly!

We can support designs with up to 8 colors.

We stock a fairly healthy set of standard colors to cover a majority of logos (e.g. Black, Red, White, Blues, Purples, Magenta, Yellow, Gold, Silver, Copper, etc.) So far most orders have been covered by our standard stock.

We can custom order a colour for your project for a $10-20 surcharge per colour. We can provide quotes/suggestions once we see your files.

Sorry, we are unable to blend or match colours (e.g.  PANTONE® values, match to existing swatches etc.) 

• Treat the item as a piece of decore. Avoid rough handling, dropping, or crushing the item. Do not place any heavy objects on it.
• Use a duster or compressed air to remove dust. Clean the item with a soft damp cloth and water. Dry thoroughly after cleaning.
• Keep away from small children and pets. The material can break into pieces which may have sharp edges/points and can be hazardous if swallowed. 
• Keep the item away from direct sources of heat such as radiators, heaters, hot water, direct sunlight (window sills, car dashboards, etc.) The product may deform if exposed to sustained temperatures exceeding 50°C / 122°F.
• Not designed for storing or consuming food.
• Never place in a dishwasher or microwave.
• Designed for indoor use only.

All Logobot products are made from eco-friendly PLA, a plant-based material that’s 100% compostable. Our lighting kits employ commercial-grade, energy-efficient LED signage modules rated for 50,000 hours.

Need a new face?
If you just need to update the design of a standard/custom logobox product, we can print you a new face/lid and you can re-use the back and lighting kit! Ask us and we can save you some money on a change-over.

Return Program
If you are getting rid of the unit, you can return your Logobot product to us and we will dispose of / recycle it properly for you. 

Disposing of Printed Parts
All printed parts are fully compostable. You can throw them in your compost (or the trash) knowing they won’t sit around for a long time.

Disposing of Electrical Parts
All electronic / hardware parts for the lighting kits can be either:

• Returned to Logobot
• Recycled at an electronics recycling center
• Re-used / re-purposed into something else

As a short-run corporate gift supplier, we can make a variety of branded items like:

For example, a Realtor that would like to give a personalized keychains to their clients on a successful closing, and would like the flexibility to order exactly two  the day before they need them. We can establish a relationship to provide ongoing boutique printing services at an affordable rate.

Prototypes / Learning Implements / Models
We can also print prototypes, scale models and demos for sales presentations, as well as props, tools, and toys for education, such as inclusive learning implements, scientific models, etc.

Functional Parts / Brackets / Adapters
We can design functional parts, brackets, adapters, holders, and other gadgets to fit your custom needs. Whether you’re looking to optimize your workspace, organize your garage, or create an adapter for those stupid vacuum parts that never fit together, we can be a secret weapon for organizing your house, workshop, or workplace.

Bring Your Own STL
We can also print STL files if you have an existing model. Please note that we can’t print large cosplay-type prints at this time (helmets, armor, large weapons, etc.) Don’t get us wrong, we love fandoms (and have been known to clap in Fortnite on occasion), it’s just that these types of prints tie up our machines for too long to allow us to be responsive to promotional needs. We would recommend one of the many excellent 3D printing providers in our area for your cosplay needs!
